And he was always spot on. Through the entire process of buying my home, Joey became a trusted resource, making me feel I was not getting taken advantage of in any way by any of the counter-parties, and he helped everything run smooth. We closed in 32 days. And I have since set up my brother with Joey to help with my brother's search. I also linked him up with my cousin, who also purchased a home in Bradenton with Joey's help.
